About The Job

Currie & Brown seeks a graduate quantity surveyor to contribute to our Plymouth office.


As a graduate quantity surveyor, you will be involved in projects across multiple sectors, both private and public.


We recruit exceptional graduates of all degree backgrounds who aspire to be leaders in a construction consultancy environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Full involvement in projects from the start with varied and unique tasks
  • Managing relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues
  • Conducting individual study for chartered surveyor status

Requirements:



  • Strong numeracy skills
  • BSc Quantity surveying degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to foster relationships with professionals at all levels
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel for project work across UK locations
  • Commitment to the company's rigorous training program
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time

Training and Progression (APC Program)

We will provide training through our structured industry-leading RICS APC program.


With your commitment and our support, you'll become a chartered surveyor in a minimum of two years.


The program includes self-study, mentorship, training sessions, quarterly assessments, and individual support.


Post-APC Program Development

After gaining chartership, you can join our formal development program focused on commerciality, leadership, and business development.
