This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to work with us as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring activities comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  2. Procurement Support: Assist Procurement in ensuring fair billing for engineering works.
  3. Project Cost Management: Manage project costs for value.
  4. Documentation: Support the business with project documentation, including ITT and cost estimates.
  5. Tendering: Issue tenders per procurement policies.
  6. Contractor Management: Monitor contractor services and payment applications.
  7. Risk Management: Identify and respond to risks.
  8. Support Project Engineers: Support Project Engineers in contract management.

The ideal candidate will have experience of producing and working with Risk Registers.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 30 days annual leave, life assurance, health insurance, and a company pension scheme.
