Job Overview

One Ten Associates is partnering with two separate Hedge Funds to hire an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to be based in their London HQs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall Compliance programme, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Hold the SMF16/17 functions and be responsible for US regulatory oversight.
  • Manage external counsel and assist with basic legal tasks, such as reviewing legal documentation.

Requirements

  • Current Chief Compliance Officers/Head of Compliance with experience in the Hedge Fund industry.
  • Traditional asset management experience may be considered if previously worked within a Hedge Fund.
  • A legal education or background is advantageous.
