About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Leaders Romans Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and maximising business opportunities, advertising properties, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and negotiation
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive and results-driven approach
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
Requirements
  • At least six months to one year of experience as a residential sales agent
  • Proven track record of securing new business and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent sales and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
