About the Role

This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with a solid Estate Agency background looking to further their career. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets
  • Develop new business and build alliances with local developers through active networking
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Prepare accurate property details and ensure accurate data entry
  • Manage the sale of a property from viewing to close
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least six months to one year of experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
  • Excellent sales ability
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Proven track record for career growth and advancement within the company
