About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Leaders Romans Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and maximising business opportunities, advertising properties, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Advertise properties and manage viewings to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and applicants
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets through effective sales strategies
  • Build strong relationships with developers, local businesses, and community leaders to drive new business and growth
Requirements
  • At least six months to one year's experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
  • Excellent sales ability, high level of customer service skills, and good telephone manner
  • Ability to negotiate, tenacity, and self-motivation to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues
