We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our client's pan-European manufacturing group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the development of an agile, positive, and ambitious manufacturing function that drives growth, development, and improved business performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive manufacturing operations across multiple manufacturing lines, achieving World Class standards.
- Lead the development and promotion of lean manufacturing techniques, such as 5S, VSM, and TPM, to enhance manufacturing output and support EBITDA objectives.
- Manage and motivate a team of managers to effectively problem-solve and develop their careers.
- Introduce process and procedures across manufacturing lines to enhance manufacturing output and support the delivery of EBITDA objectives.
- Previous experience in a senior-level position, such as Operations Manager, Operations Director, or Plant Manager.
- Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, develop, and improve teams.
- Experience of taking manufacturing operations to World Class or Operational Excellence.
- IOSH or Nebosh qualified in Health and Safety.
- Ideal degree-qualified or commensurate experience.
- Basic salary up to circa £80k per annum, with a high-level bonus scheme.
