About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Audit Partner to join our expanding Exeter Audit Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and delivering exceptional audit services to our clients.
As a seasoned Audit Director, you will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex audit engagements. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our ambitious growth plans and solidifying our position as a leading audit firm.
As a key member of our Exeter office, you will be responsible for leading our audit team and working closely with our Head of Audit and other Audit Partners to formulate and deliver our firmwide audit strategy. You will also be responsible for developing our audit team, including recruiting and mentoring team members to reach their full potential.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need to be an experienced Audit Director with a strong track record of leadership and business development. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. You will also have a strong understanding of the audit industry and a passion for delivering exceptional audit services.
