About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Director of Audit and Assurance Services to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will work closely with the Director of Audit and Assurance Services to determine the strategic direction of our organization and deliver a professional service that meets the needs of our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in internal audit and counter fraud, with experience of managing and motivating staff. You will be a great communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will also have advanced IT skills and be able to use initiative and discretion to drive forward the delivery of service strategies.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of internal audit and counter fraud professionals
- Develop and implement internal audit and counter fraud strategies
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on internal audit and counter fraud matters
- Manage and motivate staff to deliver high-quality services
- Work closely with the Director of Audit and Assurance Services to determine the strategic direction of the organization
