About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Wigan, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Service Users receive high-quality care and support, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

Your main responsibilities will include providing personal care, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting a person-centred approach to support.

You will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, and may need to undertake training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus additional benefits such as a £500 Recommend a Friend bonus and access to ongoing learning and development programs.
