Compassionate Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Compassionate Care Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults/children.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualised care and support to service users, promoting their emotional wellbeing and independence.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of service user interactions and progress.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or Children & Young People's Workforce is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
- Be non-judgmental, calm, and composed under pressure, with a can-do attitude.
- A competitive salary: £20-£25 per hour (dependent on experience) + additional supplements for flexible working hours.
