About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Food and Beverage Operations to join our team at Elior. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering services, ensuring that we deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Accountability: Develop and implement accurate and timely forecasts and budgets, ensuring that our operations are financially sustainable and aligned with our business goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Take control of all operating costs, analyzing key performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase commercial benefit to our partners.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and manage a team of hospitality professionals, ensuring that they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional service and quality.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including support teams, clients, and suppliers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our operations are compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and environmental policies.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of delivering commercial success and operational excellence.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of hospitality professionals.
  • Commercial Acumen: A deep understanding of commercial operations, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
