Our Kitchen TeamWe're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of skilled chefs, championing excellent service through quality food, and contributing to the design and delivery of new dishes for our menus and daily specials.

We are looking for a natural leader with a passion for producing high-quality food in a welcoming environment. As our ideal Sous Chef, you will have:
- Experience championing excellent service through quality food
- Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour
