Our Kitchen TeamWe're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of skilled chefs, championing excellent service through quality food, and contributing to the design and delivery of new dishes for our menus and daily specials.

We're looking for a natural leader with a passion for producing high-quality food in a welcoming environment. As our ideal Sous Chef, you will:
- Have experience championing excellent service through quality food
- Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team
- Be an active hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills
- Be responsible and able to manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively
- Work closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
- Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour
- Have a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams
