Our Kitchen Team:
We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food, leading and developing a team, and contributing to the success of our pub.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef who is a natural leader, with a flair for producing high-quality food in a welcoming environment. As the successful candidate, you will:
- Have experience championing excellent service through quality food
- Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team
- Be an active hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills
- Be responsible for managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety
- Work closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
- Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls
- Have a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
