Resident Services Coordinator

We're on the hunt for a talented Resident Services Assistant to join our dynamic team at urbanbubble. As a key member of our community, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.
What You'll Do:- Manage prospect and lead interactions, providing top-notch customer service via phone or email.
- Conduct apartment inspections, identifying and reporting maintenance issues to ensure our properties remain in excellent condition.
- Administer tenancies and renewals, ensuring seamless transitions for our residents.
- Coordinate check-out appointments with inventory clerks and facilitate move-in inductions for new residents.
- Chase arrears and negotiate payment plans with residents, working closely with our landlord partners.
- Update arrears reports and serve section 8s and section 21s as required.
- Support our front-of-house team, covering inquiries and ensuring consistent lunch breaks.
- Assist with resident events and activities, fostering a sense of community within our properties.
- Previous experience in lettings or property management.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other systems like databases or booking systems.
- ARLA qualification (desirable).
