Job Title: Resident Services Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Resident Services Assistant to join our team at urbanbubble. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage prospect/leads from internal management systems via phone or email
  • Conduct inspections on apartments, creating reports identifying and reporting any maintenance issues
  • Administer tenancies and renewals, including arranging check-out appointments with 3rd party inventory clerks
  • Provide move-in inductions for new residents and chase arrears for the first half of the month
  • Negotiate payment plans approved by landlords with residents and update arrears reports with any amendments and updates
  • Serve section 8's and section 21's when applicable, and support and cover front-of-house intermittently to assist with tenants' inquiries and ensure lunch breaks are covered consistently
  • Assist with the organization and planning of residents' events
Requirements:
  • Previous lettings/property experience
  • Strong customer service experience and dealing with difficult situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems (training on in-house systems will be provided)
  • ARLA qualification (desirable)
