We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Procurement Controller to join our team at Equity Finance Partners. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a well-funded, PE-backed buy and build consolidator with ambitious growth plans. Our client is looking for a Finance Procurement Controller who can bring significant input into the shape of the finance function, driving improvements in financial controls, processes, and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Build and implement financial controls and processes to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Produce annual Consolidated Financial Statements and liaise with auditors
- Manage tax returns, including VAT, CT, and MTD
- Ensure timely and accurate production of monthly Management Accounts and Financial KPIs
- Provide analysis of P&L to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Improve reporting timelines to meet the requirements of Private Equity investors
- Regulatory reporting
- Support M&A transaction accounting and due diligence
We are looking for a fully qualified accountant with experience in acquisition and integration. You should have a strong desire to implement new financial systems and processes, and be able to build a first-class finance function. Personal qualities such as enthusiasm, adaptability, tenacity, and self-starter are essential in this demanding environment.
