Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Elite Finance Recruitment. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and providing strategic financial guidance to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including management and the board of directors.
- Accounting and Financial Systems: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting and financial systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified ACCA or CIMA with a strong background in finance and accounting.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
