Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled Commercial Sales Executive to join their team as an Area Sales Manager. This role offers a competitive salary of £53,000 - £58,000, with a bonus structure for both company and personal sales performances.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background within the HVAC sales sector, preferably from a pumps background, and a solid understanding of pumping systems such as cold-water booster sets, circulation pumps, and pressurisation units.

This opportunity involves travelling across the North of England and Southern parts of Scotland, including Lancashire, North Yorkshire, Cumbria, the North-East, and Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for winning end-to-end projects for the commercial and industrial department of our client's business, meeting with contractors, distributors, and end users on sites including hospitals, schools, and care homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Strong background within the HVAC sales sector, ideally from a pumps background
  • Understanding of pumping systems such as cold-water booster sets, circulation pumps, and pressurisation units
  • Previous track record of building client relationships within the HVAC and construction sector
  • Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling across the North of England and South of Scotland on a regular basis
