Job Overview:

The Healthcare Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with senior-level healthcare professionals within the NHS. This role will focus on influencing patient pathways, strategy, and procurement decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including directors, heads of service, and commissioners
  • Influence strategic decisions and drive business outcomes through effective communication and negotiation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wound care sales or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the NHS and its decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
