We are looking for a seasoned Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Spencer Clarke Group Ltd.'s specialist day and residential school in Cumbria, UK.

This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of children and young people with complex needs by designing and delivering tailored therapeutic interventions.

You will collaborate closely with our dedicated team to create a nurturing environment that promotes positive growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement evidence-based assessment and treatment plans for students.
  2. Provide guidance and support to the care and education teams to enhance their understanding of complex needs.
  3. Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs to promote best practices among staff.
  4. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. A degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field and registration with the HCPC.
  2. Significant experience working with children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

The salary range for this position is approximately £68,000 - £71,500 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
