About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced weekend coaching specialist to join our team and deliver high-quality volleyball coaching sessions to young people in our care.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant level 3 qualification, a full clean driving license, and daily access to a car. You must also have experience of successful coaching at club level and the ability to form meaningful relationships with young people.
Benefits:
A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including membership to a local government pension scheme, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, and discounts and online offers at major high street/online retailers.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our BIG 3 programme, which contributes to improving the lives of students in our care. The programme includes Volleyball, Rowing, and Karate, giving students with different skills and natural abilities the opportunity to try something different and rise to the top as young athletes.
