Workforce Development Specialist

Gallego is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that values innovation and collaboration. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Workforce Development Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for managing a driving and industrial workforce in a geographical area, focusing on proactive/reactive recruitment and resourcing, as well as conducting training/assessment days. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike, and possess a strong understanding of workforce development strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role involves:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
- Conducting training and assessment days to ensure employees meet industry standards
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
A hybrid working arrangement is available, with certain days required in the office and at client site visits. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, a company pension scheme, and on-site parking.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- A driving licence (preferably)
- A Monday-to-Friday working schedule
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
