Job Description

As a Sales Growth Strategist for International People Solutions, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team in London.

You will develop and maintain profitable relationships with key clients and new business opportunities, while also building a strong understanding of our clients' needs and challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed client expectations.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue goals and ambitious growth targets.
  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with key clients and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor activity and track results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership or people management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through strategic relationship-building.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
