About the Team

Our team is committed to delivering tailored assessments and support plans that make a real difference in the lives of our community. As a Family Early Help Team Manager, you will lead a team of skilled practitioners in delivering high standards of practice, working closely with partner agencies and children's social work teams.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of early help services in Southwark. As a Family Early Help Team Manager, you will guide your team in developing creative solutions that prevent issues from escalating, safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes for children and their families.
