Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team at G3 Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sub-contractor accounts, procuring and coordinating MEP parties, and ensuring compliance with G3 Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sub-contractor accounts in accordance with their terms and conditions.
- Procure and coordinate MEP parties to ensure compliance with G3 Standards.
- Develop and implement a MEP procurement strategy aligned with building fabric elements.
- Complete MEP tender documents and ensure timely issuance of MEP design.
- Assist the Design Manager with provision of technical advice and risk management.
Requirements:
- HND or Degree level education in a relevant field.
- Experience in the construction industry, preferably in a project management role.
- Member of a Professional Body, progressing to Chartered status.
Desirable Skills:
- Sound knowledge of construction contracts, particularly NEC3/4.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
