Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sub-contractor accounts in accordance with their terms and conditions.
  • Procure and coordinate MEP parties to ensure compliance with G3 Standards.
  • Develop and implement a MEP procurement strategy aligned with building fabric elements.
  • Complete MEP tender documents and ensure timely issuance of MEP design.
  • Assist the Design Manager with provision of technical advice and risk management.

Requirements:

  • HND or Degree level education in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the construction industry, preferably in a project management role.
  • Member of a Professional Body, progressing to Chartered status.

Desirable Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of construction contracts, particularly NEC3/4.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
