Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team at G3 Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement and coordination of MEP services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement of MEP services from sub-contractors, including tendering, negotiation, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate the installation and testing of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Work closely with design teams to ensure that MEP designs are coordinated and integrated with other building systems.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, including cost control and reporting.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
  • HND or Degree level education in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry, with a focus on MEP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including NEC3/4.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
