Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project financial management, including cost estimation, procurement, and contract negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets and cash flows.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to ensure project efficiency and compliance.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations and legislation.
- Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure project targets are met.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in cost management software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
- Full UK driving license.
