The Role

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our exceptional learners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with SEN, tailored to their specific needs
  • Motivating and inspiring students, both in and out of the classroom
  • Effectively managing behavior and promoting a positive learning environment
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of the National Curriculum
