Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all incoming customer enquiries and provide accurate information to clients
  • Input customer details into our CRM system and schedule appointments with our engineers
  • Place orders with our distributors and file all purchase orders
  • Collect and publish sales figures on a weekly basis
  • Support the creation and execution of sales campaigns using Act
  • Enter blind leads and generate Act reports for the managing director, suppliers, and manufacturers
  • Collect employee time sheets and allocate time to Master project folder
  • Collect employee expenses on a monthly basis
  • Provide administrative support to our lighting and blind expert
  • Create Lutron HomeWorks databases and produce quotes for lighting control and blinds

Requirements

  • Excellent telephone manner and organized approach to deal with enquiries
  • Previous office experience and use of CRM systems or similar admin databases
