Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Application Support Analyst to join our team at Enva. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal end-users for critical software applications across the Enva Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support applications throughout their lifecycle, ensuring the highest standards of service to the business and its customers.
  • Troubleshoot remotely and analyze issues with software applications, working closely with team members, 3rd parties, and suppliers for incident management.
  • Provide regular communication to customers concerning the status of incidents, escalating tickets where appropriate according to KPIs.
  • Contribute towards the creation, review, and update of support documentation.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience providing technical support on business-critical applications in a demanding environment.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to select the appropriate communication method for the task.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and service management methodologies, particularly Incident Management & Problem Management.
  • Experience in Remote Assistance/Support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document processes and procedures in a clear, concise, and logical manner.
