Job Title: Creative Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead our creative projects in Horley, Surrey. This role offers flexible working arrangements.

Salary Range: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to take on a leadership role within Hott Source agency. As a Programme Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of creative projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and stay within budget.

The ideal candidate will have experience in programme management within the creative industries, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. You will also have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in project management tools such as Asana and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Act as the main contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial management and track expenses.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, addressing issues proactively.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct quality reviews and ensure timely delivery of all outputs.
