Career Opportunity at Cygnet Health Care
We are seeking an experienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Ealing. As a key member of our Sunrise Ward team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care for individuals with eating disorders or personality disorders.
Job ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Producing high-quality written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and improve quality services.
- Attending training sessions and engaging in CPD activities to expand knowledge and promote excellence in nursing practice.
- Ensuring individual care plans are complete, maintained, and collectively developed with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals under NMC guidelines.
- Administering medicines according to healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines.
Our hospital offers a competitive salary of £36,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus many additional benefits including NHS and employee discounts, free meals on duty, and free parking.
