Job Summary

This role involves working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to assess and monitor patient needs, develop behavioural support plans, and contribute to comprehensive care planning.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong teamwork abilities
