The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified solicitor, CILEx, or an experienced private client practitioner with a strong track record of delivering high-quality legal services. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to communicate complex legal issues clearly, and provide exceptional client service with a friendly approach.
The role offers the potential for career progression to a director level in a firm with no glass ceiling. Our Private Client Department handles a broad range of matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, basic trusts work, and general elderly client advice.
We are looking for someone who is committed to continuous learning and development, has high standards of integrity, and is organised and efficient. They will also have a desire to lead a department while contributing to business development efforts.
