Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our client's team in Central London. As a key member of the front of house team, you will be responsible for supervising a busy and friendly team, ensuring a 5* service and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of receptionists on the client floor
  • Motivate and lead your team to achieve excellent service
  • Responsible for the meeting room booking system and booking events and conferences
  • Ensure the health and safety of the reception area and front of house
  • Assist with administrative tasks and manage incoming and outgoing calls

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing in a corporate environment
  • Experience in managing a front of house team on a daily basis
  • Proven experience in motivating a team to achieve an excellent service
  • Immaculate personal presentation with a genuine smile
  • Flexible and adaptable to respond to differing client needs
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and motivated to deliver great service
