Job Overview:
We're recruiting for a Lead 3D Artist to spearhead our Unreal Engine workflow at OpenSourced. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in art pipeline expertise and performance optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Building clear and efficient pipelines for 3D CAD to Unreal Engine workflows* Documenting tools and workflows for the team* Prototyping and benchmarking project features* Collaborating with project leads and art directors to meet technical needs* Ensuring standards are followed and documentation is up-to-date

Requirements:
* Experience building and evolving pipelines using tools, plugins, and game tech* Proven experience optimizing for PC development with profiling tools* Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between creative and technical teams
