Alpha Business Implementation Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Alpha Business Implementation Specialist to partner with global teams and clients to drive the successful client onboarding onto Alpha's Transaction Management service.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize standard TM Implementation artifacts to support the successful completion of onboarding activities.
- Support the TLM Implementation lead in driving FSOM Discussions through to completion.
- Document any special nuances for Business beyond the FSOM and Interaction Models.
- Support the TLM Implementation lead in managing client business requirements, gaps, and open discussion items.
- Review Interaction Models within TLM between Client, APS, and STT Middle Office to ensure alignment with FSOM and Service Level Agreement documents.
- Lead Ops Governance activities, including identifying the need for additional resourcing and raising it to the manager's attention timely.
- Ensure standard artifacts are properly maintained.
Requirements
- Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry.
- Microsoft Office suite experience.
