About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Client Implementation Manager to lead and collaborate across State Street and Charles River products and services. As a key member of the Alpha Implementation team in EMEA, you will report into the Alpha Platform and Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client-facing Alpha implementation programs, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Communicate guidance and decisions from Oversight and Leadership groups to Program and Product owners.
  • Support the design of program milestones and sequencing of phases.
  • Oversee and manage significant elements or phases of client implementation programs.
  • Plan and proactively monitor program progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action.
  • Support the Client Implementation Executive in ensuring timely delivery of program plans.
  • Make decisions and recommendations to the Client Implementation Executive and Client to manage and ensure successful delivery of program plans.
  • Monitor expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits on behalf of the program.
  • Provide insight for solutions, develop in-depth knowledge of assigned projects and/or products, and define solutions that are fit for purpose.
  • Support capturing of business requirements and reaching agreement on Target Operating Models.
  • Support the Client Implementation Executive in managing risk to the program's successful outcome and change control process.
  • Ensure delivery of new capability or services from the program is on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements.
  • Support the Client Implementation Executive and Client PMO in managing dependencies, reporting, and interfaces between dependent initiatives as part of the program milestone plan.
  • Report progress of the program at regular intervals to the Client Implementation Executive Lead, internal steering, and external steering committees.
Additional Requirements
  • Agree contract structure and schedules based on services with Legal and product owners.
  • Work with Legal and product owners to define business owners and recommend input to Service schedules.
  • Define Migration/Transition schedule, assumptions, phasing/sequencing, developments, timing, and dependencies.
  • Understand and hold business SMEs accountable for discussions with Legal and Client on specific clauses and schedules.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry.
  • Microsoft Office suite experience.
