Alpha Account Services Client Implementation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our State Street Alpha Service Architecture team as a Alpha Account Services Client Implementation Lead, Vice President. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in client relationship management, business analysis, and implementation to drive the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic business analysis and advice to clients on current and future state Alpha F2B operating models.
- Liaise with stakeholders to establish and document implementation requirements, develop use cases, and maintain an excellent working knowledge of the STT F2B product offering.
- Perform ongoing business requirements analysis to align project expectations, support testing activities, and lead individual client implementation efforts.
- Identify and drive forward on-going enhancements to scope of services as needed, serving as a liaison between Alpha's clients, business users, and various IT development and testing teams.
- Demonstrated excellence in business writing, development of business process flow diagrams, and effective communication.
- Ability to analyze entity-relationship diagrams and logical data models to validate design against requirements, with familiarity with financial reporting, business intelligence, and data warehousing principles.
- Understands BI/reporting tool architecture, functions, and features, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field of study.
- 15+ years' experience in data analysis or client reporting, with the ability to write SQL code for data analysis.
