Business Growth Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the Redline Group Ltd, a global designer and manufacturer of products for housing electronic systems. The role involves sourcing, targeting, developing, and winning new business in line with company growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within direct sales positions in the Aerospace & Defence sector, as well as experience of 'Design In' sales cycles within Aerospace and defence. They must be able to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to closing, exceed sales targets, and create proposals, presentations, and other documentation for customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and target new business opportunities in the Aerospace & Defence sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Create and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in direct sales positions in the Aerospace & Defence sector
- Experience of 'Design In' sales cycles within Aerospace and defence
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to closing
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum
- Company car allowance and expenses covered
- 4% pension contribution
- Remote/field-based role with occasional travel to the Bedford office
