About the Role:
  • Drive quality improvements across our service through regular audits and best practice identification.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans, evaluating their impact and staying informed on sector developments.
  • Collaborate with staff to implement plans and set up evaluation mechanisms.
  • Support the Designated Safeguarding Lead in risk assessment, compliance, and legislation adherence.
  • Provide reports as required by the service.
  • Analyse user feedback, complaints, and compliments to inform service improvements.

About You:
  • We seek an experienced professional with:
  • Social Care and Drug and Alcohol field expertise.
  • Knowledge of the recovery ethos.
  • Excellent organisational skills and dynamic prioritisation.
  • Experience in conducting audits and reviews to inform service evaluation and development.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem prioritising.
