About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Lead to join our team at Change Grow Live. In this dynamic and impactful role, you will be responsible for driving quality improvements across our service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular audits of service delivery and governance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Formulating robust action plans to address these areas and collaborating with staff at all levels to implement them.
  • Supporting the Designated Safeguarding Lead in risk assessment, compliance, and legislation adherence.
  • Providing coroner and CQC reports as required by the service.
  • Analysing user feedback, complaints, and compliments to inform service improvements.

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in Social Care and the Drug and Alcohol field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the recovery ethos.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise dynamically and long-term.
  • Experience in conducting audits and reviews to inform service evaluation and development.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem prioritising.
