Are you a highly motivated and experienced property professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for real estate and a strong background in property management?
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Mandarin Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing residential properties across London, ensuring that all properties are maintained to the highest standard.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating routine property inspections, arranging and supervising necessary repairs and maintenance, keeping current with local property regulations and laws, collaborating with the team, and addressing and resolving complaints and escalations promptly and effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have Mandarin and English fluency at a professional level, at least three years of experience in property management, and be proactive and creative, eager to handle responsibilities and thrive in a dynamic environment. You will also need to have familiarity with property laws and regulations.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is passionate about real estate and has a strong background in property management. The role comes with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
