We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Administrator to join our dynamic property management team in Richmond, London.

The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring effective service charge management, compliance with leasehold regulations, and top-tier customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets.
  • Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of service charge funds.
  • Handle financial queries from leaseholders and stakeholders.
  • Organize routine and emergency maintenance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality service.

About the Salary: The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location.
