Compassionate Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Compassionate Support Professional to join our team at VP Forensic. In this role, you will work closely with our clients who have acquired brain injuries, providing them with support and guidance in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with daily living tasks such as cooking, domestic duties, and medication management.
- Help clients plan and engage in meaningful activities in the community.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with acquired brain injuries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
