Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Work Execution Specialist to join our Asset Management team at Stork. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance management and a strong understanding of industry best practices.

About the Job

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of technical expertise and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of maintenance activities, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promoting work preparation improvements using Agile methodology
  • Maintaining the Oneteam ethos and enhancing relationships with the O&M frontline
  • Preparing monthly reports on Asset Maintenance execution KPI's
  • Providing insights into the monthly report to Asset Plant Leadership
  • Reviewing SAP compliance data with the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Producing monthly downloads of work orders past their LAFD for the O&M team
  • Reviewing work orders in SAP to ensure quality work packs are provided
  • Building relationships with the O&M frontline team to ensure work is executed efficiently
  • Focusing on design innovation, cost reduction, and process improvement
  • Ensuring work complies with onshore QHSE responsibilities
  • Assisting with conflict resolution between simultaneous jobs
  • Liaising with repair contractors, manufacturers, and vendors
  • Ensuring data accuracy in maintenance support systems
  • Developing a proactive attitude to solve issues and reduce backlogs
  • Relevant qualifications and skills required.

Location and Remuneration

This role is based in Great Yarmouth with a salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
