Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement work preparation strategies to optimize maintenance execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work packs and ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on work preparation best practices and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering).
  • Extensive experience in work preparation, maintenance planning, and execution.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

Salary: £62,500 - £85,000 per annum

Location: Great Yarmouth

Hours: 40 hours

Contract: Permanent

Working arrangement: Great Yarmouth Office/Hybrid working options
