Kiota Recruitment has a vacancy for an Industrial Electrician Opportunity at a major pump manufacturer based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. The role is a permanent full-time position offering a salary of £45,000 base pay with up to £60,000 including overtime, bonuses, and on-call allowances.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, particularly pump sets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial or commercial environments, with a proven track record of electrical and mechanical repair and installation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical/mechanical pump sets
  • Perform electrical installations in line with National Working Rules for Electrical Contracting
  • Prepare reports and estimates for unit repairs and provide safety advice
  • Document and adhere to Risk Assessment/Method Statements
  • Ensure all installations meet C&G 2382 (18th Edition) Wiring Regulations
  • Communicate effectively with managers, colleagues, and customers
  • Participate in on-call rotations and emergency call-outs
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience as an Electrician in a Commercial or Industrial environment
  • Proven experience of electrical & mechanical repair and installation
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
  • CSCS/ECS Gold Card
  • Full driving licence
